How To Make Lemon Chicken with Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped tarragon, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced lemon chicken with the tarragon dressing drizzled on top.
