  • 1 pound of Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of baking mix
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jimmy Dean sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place the sausage cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
