Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the thinly sliced beef steak to the marinade. Mix until the beef is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the marinated beef slices on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out evenly without overlapping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm but still chewy. Rotate the baking sheet halfway through the cooking time.

Once cooked, remove the jerky from the oven and allow it to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
