Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 4 pitta breads, cut into chips
Instructions

In a food processor, blend together chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pitta chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
