Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried herbs, sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Gradually add water, a little at a time, until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll out each portion on a floured surface until very thin.

Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Score the dough with a knife or pastry wheel to create the desired shape and size of crackers.

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
