Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground ham
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground ham, bread crumbs, milk, onion, celery, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the ham balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
