Ingredients
- 1 cup of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or sea salt flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the flax seeds and water. Let them soak for 10 minutes until a gel-like consistency forms.

Stir in the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Use a silicone spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out.

Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or sea salt flakes on top for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
