Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares or rectangles.

Place the chopped spinach, feta cheese, and sundried tomatoes in a bowl and mix well.

Spoon a small amount of the spinach and feta mixture onto each puff pastry square or rectangle.

Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Brush the tops of the pastry bites with the beaten egg.

Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.

Place the pastry bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
