Ingredients
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make a sauce.

Pour the sauce over the vegetable mixture and toss until well coated.

Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable filling in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides, and seal the edge with a little water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without touching each other.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the spring rolls are golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
