Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, red onion, jalapeno pepper, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

Add the lime juice and season with salt to taste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
