- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (your choice of cheese)
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry into a log.

Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
