- 8 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.

Spread a spoonful of pesto inside each mushroom cap.

Fill each mushroom with shredded mozzarella cheese.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
