Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions, etc.), finely chopped
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt.

Gradually add water to make a thick batter.

Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.

Drop spoonfuls of the vegetable batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
