Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.

Place the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, in a small saucepan, heat the hot sauce, honey, and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, celery, blue cheese dressing, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well to combine.

Serve the crispy honey buffalo wings with the blue cheese and celery slaw on the side.
