Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Set aside.

In a food processor, pulse the hazelnuts until coarsely chopped.

In a saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat until melted and golden brown. Add the chopped hazelnuts and sea salt, stirring until coated in the caramel.

Spread the hazelnut praline mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it cool and harden, then break it into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined square baking pan.

Pour the melted chocolate over the crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the hazelnut praline pieces over the chocolate layer, pressing them gently into the surface.

Place the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.

Once set, remove from the fridge, slice into squares, and serve.
