Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup rice flakes (poha)
- 1/2 cup sev (crunchy noodles)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Cook until they start to splutter.

Add chickpeas, peanuts, rice flakes, sev, raisins, and cashews to the pan. Mix well.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Stir to coat the mixture evenly with the spices.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chickpeas and nuts are crispy.

Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

Serve the Chickpea Bombay Mix as a snack or store in an airtight container for later use.
