Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Wooden lolly sticks
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, lime juice, cumin, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread a marinated chicken strip onto each lolly stick, followed by a sprinkle of chopped cashews. Repeat until all the chicken and cashews are used.
