- 2 lb Velveeta Cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1½ cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz beer
Instructions
- Shred the cheese and place it in a large bowl.
- Add the spices, mayonnaise, and 7 ounces of beer. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- If needed, add the next ounce of beer, then mix until completely smooth.
- Add extra Tabasco sauce if you like it really hot.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
