- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the entire pastry sheet.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the mustard.

Cut the pastry sheet into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.

Twist each strip of pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
