Ingredients
- 8 small tostado shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup chutney (mango or tomato)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Place the tostado shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle each one with a tablespoon of shredded cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the tostados are crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.

Top each tostado with a spoonful of chutney and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
