Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500 grams of minced chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Peel and keep aside.

In a bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture, flatten it with your hands, and wrap it around one boiled egg, ensuring the egg is completely covered.

Repeat this process for the remaining eggs.

Carefully place the chicken-wrapped eggs in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the scotch eggs from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
