Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (397g) condensed milk caramel (dulce de leche)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor or with a rolling pin until finely ground.

Combine the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture into the base of a lined rectangular baking tray.

Bake the biscuit base in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.

Once the biscuit base is cooled, spread the condensed milk caramel evenly over the top.

Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the caramel layer.

In a separate bowl, whip the double cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.

Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
