- 8 jalapeno peppers
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.

Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

Wrap each jalapeno half with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
