Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced kiwi
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, honey, lime juice, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brush the melted butter on both sides of each tortilla.

In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered tortillas.

Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
