Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder or nutritional yeast for added flavor
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.

Cook for 6 minutes, then shake the basket to even out the cooking.

Cook for another 6 minutes or until the kale becomes crispy and lightly browned.

Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
